Tactus Accepted into Venture Kick

Venture Kick

We're thrilled to announce that Tactus Technologies has been accepted into Venture Kick, Switzerland's philanthropic startup funding program that has supported over 1,250 startups since 2007.

About Venture Kick

Launched in 2007, Venture Kick was created with the vision of doubling the number of spin-offs from Swiss universities, accelerating their time-to-market, and increasing their appeal to professional investors and industry partners. The program is an initiative of the charitable Kick Foundation, supported by a private consortium and operated by Venturelab.

Venture Kick offers a three-stage funding model where startups can receive up to CHF 150,000 in initial funding, with the opportunity to secure an additional CHF 850,000 in equity funding from Kickfund plus a CHF 150,000 InnoBooster grant — over CHF 1 million in total support. Beyond funding, the program provides hands-on business development through Kickers Camps, access to a global network of investors and industry leaders, and strong media coverage.

The numbers speak for themselves: startups supported by Venture Kick have raised over CHF 10 billion, created more than 16,000 jobs, and maintain an 84% survival rate.

What This Means for Tactus

Being accepted into Venture Kick is a significant validation of our mission to bring sports science methodology to classical musicians. We've entered the first phase of the competition, where our application will be evaluated by an expert jury. The top 10 teams in our vertical will advance to the semi-finals.

The program offers invaluable opportunities including pitch training from proven entrepreneurs, expert feedback on our business model, and introductions to a powerful international network of investors and industry leaders. We look forward to presenting our patent-pending ergonomic bow grip sensor technology and demonstrating how we're transforming the way string musicians practice and perform.

Looking Ahead

This milestone comes on the heels of our seed funding from Fongit, and represents continued momentum as we work toward bringing our product to market. We'll share updates as we progress through the competition.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. Stay tuned for more exciting news from Tactus Technologies.
